Building Highlights: Building Highlights: 20,500 Seating Capacity Arena, 743,000 ft.², Level 1 - Utah Jazz locker room Eagle locker room, Press room, Mechanical/Electrical room, Storage and Marshaling areas, Multi-purpose rooms; Level 2 - Main ticket office, Jazz/Eagle/Facility Management offices, Kitchen/Commissary, Hospitality rooms, Pro Image outlet; Level 3 - Main concourse (access to lower bowl and outside pedestrian plaza), public restrooms, concessions, novelty areas; Level 4 - Fifty-Six (56) private suites and two (2) rows of private seating.; Level 5 - Upper concourse (access to upper bowl), public restrooms, concessions, novelty areas; Level 6 - Twenty-Three (23) skysuites (at sides and ends of arena), four (4) skyboxes (restaurant/hospitality areas of each of the four corners); Level 7 - Mechanical areas above stair towers only. Mechanical Systems: Three (3) centrifugal chillers producing approximately 1,800 tons of chilled water, Two (2) 2,000 gallon per minute oscillating water cannons operated from the sound booth via a computer linked joystick, Fifty-six (56) individual VAV control boxes to maintain comfort conditions in each suite, Four (4) custom-built 75,000 CFM air handlers serving main arena seating area, capable of a complete exchange of air approximately, every 15 minutes.
