Alexandria, VA — Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), an agency of the Department of Defense, announced today that Mr. Jim Woodard, Service Sales Manager at CCI Mechanical, was honored with the prestigious Seven Seals Award in recognition of his support of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve mission.
According to Tom Bullock, Chief of Employer Outreach at ESGR, "The Seven Seals Award is the only ESGR award that bridges both the employer and ESGR volunteer recognition awards program. It was created by ESGR to publicly recognize individuals who provide significant achievement, initiative or support that promotes the ESGR mission."
"Jim Woodard was nominated for being highly supportive of the Utah ESGR Committee mission for his proactive participation in ESGR Bosslifts" added Bullock. As the 1.3 million members of the National Guard and Reserve continue to perform an increasing number of unique missions with America's borders and beyond, ESGR will continue to be the resource for the employers of citizen warriors. ESGR recognizes outstanding support, increases awareness of the law, and resolves conflict through mediation.
